As Kondas A.S., we are proud and aware of being one of the leading capacitor production operations and we adapt total quality management as a life stile. Our objectives as Kondas A.S. are formed of:
- Producing products with a quality and price which will especially and easily compete with the rivals in World Market and applying Quality Management System which will provide ?zero-defect products for the end-user? by ensuring uninterrupted and continuous improvement,
- Reducing the wastes in production to minimum level, developing the situation of the company much more in international markets by increasing the productivity, making investments for developing production facilities and product species in compliance with developing technology by reducing our costs and increasing our profitability; for the purpose of meeting the expectations of our partners and employees continuously.
